Aetheria Intelligence, Inc. brings together advisory work, technology development, commercial engagement, and research on how organizations delegate authority to AI.
Why this work
AI can help people research, draft, and carry out work. As it takes on more of that process, decisions about access, discretion, and accountability become part of the system’s design.
We founded Aetheria around those decisions. Our work connects what an organization intends to permit with the controls and evidence needed when software acts on its behalf.
We favor delegation that people can understand and revise. Routine work may proceed within an agreed mandate; exceptions need a route to someone with the authority and information to decide.
That responsibility extends to people affected by the work. A record of how a decision was made should help them question it, and help the organization correct it when necessary.
The same expectation applies to our own work. A useful result may call for a narrower claim, a different design, or a decision not to proceed.

Founder & Chief Architect
Bradley leads Aetheria’s architecture and the direction of its research programme. He is the author of the Aetheria textbook manuscript, which connects questions about institutional authority with the design and operation of AI-supported systems.
Chief Growth Officer
